Our first speaker, Singa Narayanasamy, will share about some of the experiments done on brain showing the impact of Mindfulness. He will also talk about how it directly ties to mental well-being of a person.

Our second speaker, John Hankey, will be speaking about mindfulness techniques for test anxiety. Whenever you are feeling stressed, your physical body is tensing up. Luckily, progressive relaxation is the core principle of mindfulness. Combining visualization with progressive relaxation can reduce your test anxiety before test day even arrives. If you would like to earn higher scores with less stress, learn to confidently activate mindful awareness
